Albert L. Zambon, 98, of Hopedale, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at his home. He was born Aug. 21, 1914 in Hopedale, a son of the late Angelo and Louise Zambon.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elma Marie Zambon.

Friends may call Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz. The Rosary will be prayed at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church, 143 E. South St., Cadiz, by Rev. Fr. Timothy McGuire. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton, WV.

    Albert was an exceptional machinist at #12 machine
    shop and he picked our father up each day the Jamison farm road.He was always a quiet
    man.I liked him a lot.Albert was what this country was all about,hard,consistant work to an eventual end--
    a happy retirement. Don't know if he made it but he
    certainly deserved it..
