Floyd T. Mercer, Jr., 48 of Jewett, formerly of Georgetown, died Monday, March 11, 2013 at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, W.Va. He was born May 8, 1964 in Bellaire, a son of the late Floyd T. and Elinor Maxine Stewart Mercer, Sr.
Services were held Friday, March 15, 2013 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz with the Rev. Roger Zimmerman officiating. Burial followed at Short Creek Cemetery near Georgetown. Online condolences may be made at www.clark-kirkland.com.
