Out of the local oil and gas boom comes another new business venture. Cadiz-based publishing company Schloss Media, owners of the Harrison News-Herald and the Tri-State Merchantette, has launched its newest title called Pipeline Connections. The high-glossy colored magazine aims to connect the oil and gas industry with the local community and vice versa.
“With Harrison County being at the center of the Utica Shale activity, we felt it was a natural fit for us as the local media company to produce a unique and interesting publication to document this phenomenon,” said Schloss Media President David Schloss.

The 56-page first edition features great local feature stories, intriguing photography, and excellent print quality. The premiere issue highlights the construction of the local processing facilities being built in Harrison County; how the industry surge is impacting the local business community, plus features some of the great local people who have found opportunity in the industry. In addition, Pipeline Connections contains a local business directory and an area dining menu guide.

Pipeline Connection is a free publication, and is available at many area businesses. You can also pick up a copy of the magazine at the Harrison News-Herald office at 144 South Main Street in Cadiz. Area businesses wishing to distribute Pipeline Connections should call 740-942-2118.

My Husband picked up your magazine, he really enjoyed it. Is there a way to view it through the internet or get a subscription to it?
