This certainly isn’t your ordinary tree…because the Dysart Woods historical trees are never cut down, but allowed to stand for ages and ages. Harrison County Outdoors Club met and hiked on Sunday, December 15 at Dysart Woods in Belmont Ohio for a cold wintry hike.
The tree being hugged by Dave Koch and Kim Ferrell is believed to be a white oak over 400 year old. Jeff Ferrell who also hiked was the photographer.
