Rev. Mooney will speak at upcoming Revival
NEW RUMLEY – The New Rumley United Methodist Church will be holding a Revival on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, September 23, 24, and 25 beginning at 7 p.m. each evening.
Rev. Henry Mooney, an ordained elder in the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church and recipient of the prestigious Denman Award from the East Ohio Conference will be delivering each nightly message.
Rev. Mooney, a native of Jewett, is a dynamic speaker and has served in Cadiz, Asbury Greater Parish, Ostrander, Pleasant Grove, Barton, and Roxford United Methodist Churches. He holds a B.S. Degree from Ohio University and a Master of Divinity from the Methodist Theological School of Ohio at Delaware. Rev. Mooney believes that Jesus Christ can and does meet our every need. He changes us and enables us to change the world. This is accomplished through His Church, which He calls all of us to be a part of. He can help you and your families find real happiness in His love.
Special music will be presented on Friday evening by The New Rumley United Methodist Church Choir, on Saturday evening by Roger and Bonnie Logsdon of New Rumley, and Sunday evening by Dixie Hendricks of Scio. The public is invited!
