  1. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Rick was a wonderful person and will be truly missed. Rest in Peace

  2. I have had the pleasure to work with Rick for many years managing area Wildfires. He, and all the firefighters in Harrison County have always represented what it takes to be the best neighbor, friend, and servant to others. His loss is a terrible shock. He was a quiet standout amoung exceptional men. I will deeply miss his help, his smile , and the beautiful example for life that he has left me to try to follow. God Bless Cindy, and the wonderful family that Rick has left with us all.

  3. Prayers and thought go to Rick’s family, Rick was a very wonderful man he will be sadly missed.

  4. Cindy,
I just heard of Ricks passing. You have our deepest sympathy . I will never forget delivering your new pumper truck and going to a house fire with you and Rick.
Gods blessings upon you and your family.
    Randy Powell
